Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases:
We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies
You may be liable for the disputed amount plus all collection costs and legal fees
Your account will be permanently terminated
We may report fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities
7. Governing Law

8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

🔄 Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of research chemicals and strict quality control requirements, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure product integrity for all customers.
1. General Policy
All sales are final unless the product arrives defective or damaged. Due to the sensitive and regulated nature of research compounds, all sales are considered final except in cases of verified manufacturing defect. Research compounds cannot be returned once opened due to contamination and quality control concerns.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Any opened or unsealed products
Products not stored according to provided guidelines
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Products reported more than 48 hours after delivery
Products used in any manner
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
Store credit will be issued to your account, OR
A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost
Original payment method refunds may be issued at our discretion
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if not yet processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

📦 Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Carrier & Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise specified. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
2. Processing Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed same business day
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day
Standard processing time is 1-2 business days
During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days
3. Delivery Times
USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days (domestic US)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
We are not responsible for carrier delays
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on current rates. Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically.
5. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once the package is in the carrier's possession, The Peptide Wizard is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
6. Lost Packages
If your package appears lost:
Wait the full estimated delivery window plus 3 business days
Contact us with your order number and tracking information
We will work with the carrier to locate your package
Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis
Claims must be filed within 15 days of the expected delivery date
7. Incorrect Address

We are NOT responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
No reshipment or refund will be provided for orders sent to an incorrect address
